It is used as prop under the mould, in case of floor and beam mould applications. As standard, it is consisted of props in height of 3.0 - 3.5 - 4.0 - 4.5 - 5.0m. It is easy to erect and handle. It may be adjusted to work at different heights. By help of tripod stand, the props are made to stand upright. Clearances of the props are designed as a result of static calculations to be performed by ÖZLER. The external units are TSE-certificated standard units of 60*2.5mm and internal units of 48*3mm, and kept subject to mechanical tests. On the internal units, the holes are drilled by use of electronic drill without any deformation of the unit. We use automatic gas metal arc welding in the manufacturing process. The system has special antirust paint and, if required, galvanized.
