    CUP-LOCK SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM

    Scaffolding

It is used as mould scaffold for floor and beam mould applications and as working scaffold for the building facades. It is consisted of vertical and horizontal components. The connection points are consisted of bottom cup, top cup and paddle. The base spindles are used to tolerate the height difference on the ground and “4-way” and U-shaped head spindle head is used to balance the floor and under the beam. A safe workflow is provided by means of steel decks. Passage between the floors is provided by use of ladder. The scaffold is fixed to the building by means of connection components (wall tie components). Erection and disassembly operations are performed by ÖZLER in accordance with your projects. As standard, the vertical components panels are made of TSE-certificated standard units 48*3mm and the horizontal and diagonal connections 48*2,5 mm, kept subject to mechanical tests. We use automatic gas metal arc welding in the manufacturing process. The system has special antirust paint and, if required, galvanized.
