The system is consisted of 3 main components, namely, plywood, wooden beam (H20 – GT24) and steel waler. The mould is balanced by means of props having pull and push characteristics. Concrete pressure is met by Tie-Rod shaft, Tie-rod nut and steel walers. Thanks to the scaffold bracket, safety and easy concrete casting is provided. The system is designed by ÖZLER according to your mould projects. In our designs, we consider fresh concrete pressure of 50 kN/m² for the screens and 90 kN/m² for the columns. Smooth and quality surfaces are provided by use of little workmanship. It is cost-effective, convenient and quick. We use automatic gas metal arc welding in the manufacturing process. The system has special antirust paint and, if required, galvanized.
